SUPER DAN - LIN DAN WINS ASIAN GAMES

Lin Dan defeated Lee Chong Wei to win the 16th Asian Games Mens Singles title.

The Asian games is the only title that has alluded Lin Dan, so he was delighted to add it to his trophy cabinet.

The victory silences any critics who were doubting who would be the favourite for the olympic games in London 2012.

Li-Ning's Men had a surprisingly dissappointing all England with the surprise quarter final exit of Favourites Lin Dan in the mens singles and Mens doubles defending champions Hai Fu Feng and Cai Yun. Then further shock; Chunlai Boa who defeated Lin Dan was beaten in the semi final in the semi final.

The Ladies and mixed doubles pairs saved the day with a fantastic win for Nan Zhang & Yunlai Zhao to start finals day followed by an all Li-Ning Ladies double final. Yihan Wang was desperately unlucky to lose in the ladies singles final to last years defending champion.
